Liber Priest belongs to the fantasy offshoot of the 30 Minutes system, where each box carries one character made up of an articulated body and interchangeable equipment. The priest variant builds on a long robe, a pronounced hood and a staff, that is on a silhouette nobody will overlook in a line full of armor.
The joints and fittings have a uniform diameter right across the line, so arms, weapons, shields and armor pass from one box to another without alteration. Anyone who gets several pieces ends up with a kit for building characters, not just a set of finished figures. The same line also includes separate armor sets to buy.
The name of the line refers to the time the build takes and is meant literally: the parts are nipped off, clicked together and the figure stands. The moldings carry colors according to the individual sections of armor and robe, so a coat of paint is not a condition. Anyone who wants to go further will appreciate that the smooth surfaces go well with acrylic and the deep grooves with a dark wash.
The thin edges of the hood and the tip of the staff are delicate, so when nipping them guide the cutters a little way from the part and cut the remainder off. Do not force the articulated pins apart dry; if they move stiffly, it helps to work them loose a few times first. The exact composition of the package is given in the breakdown on the packaging.
The character stands up on its own, but with dynamic poses a base of the kind sold separately pays off. Without support the balance shifts over time, especially when the figure has heavier equipment in one hand and lighter in the other.
