Flowering Reed 1:45/1:48 (Model Scene)

This is not a model but a scenic accessory for dioramas. The set contains precisely laser-cut parts in fine colored paper for making flowering reeds, completed by wires for the stems and fine brown scatter material for making up the flowering (plumed) head. Reeds bring the banks of water features and marshy scenes to life.

Use

• You break the parts out of the fret, mount them on the wire stems and complete the flowering head.
• You set the finished stems into the terrain along the water or into a wetland.
• The colors and the shade of the flowering head can be refined with acrylics or oils.
• Suitable for ponds, rivers, ditches and marshes.

Who it is for

For modelers and diorama makers in 1:45 to 1:48 scale focused on water and wetland settings. The assembly calls for a little care when putting the flowering head together.

The accessory is supplied as a set of paper cut-outs, wires and scatter material to be assembled and glued on. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
