This item is a sheet of markings for a fighter built in a small scale. The name labels the unit with the nickname STINGERS, assigns it to the Ohio Air National Guard and adds a note about the gray scheme. The part number VOL.1 hints that this is the first part of a continuing line.
Besides a different appearance of the airframe, the unified gray finish also brought a muted rendering of the insignia. The lettering and the national insignia on these machines tend to be less contrasting than on the older camouflaged examples, so a model needs markings prepared for exactly this appearance. That is precisely why the set emphasizes which scheme it belongs to, and it is worth remembering before you choose the color of the airframe.
