Magazines and transport boxes for the German 2 cm anti-aircraft gun in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The 2 cm anti-aircraft gun was among the most widespread German weapons against low-flying targets in the Second World War. It fired bursts from magazines, which the crew changed one after another, so there were always magazines both full and empty lying around a position, along with the boxes in which they were carried and stored.
Magazines and transport boxes for the 2 cm anti-aircraft gun in 1:48 scale. They are exactly the small things that turn a weapon position or the bed of a vehicle from an empty area into an inhabited place. They count on models of the weapon on its own, on vehicles with this gun and loose in a scene. The exact number of pieces and the extent of the package is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Work over a tray and with fine tweezers; parts this size like to spring away. The recommended glue and the preparation sequence is given in the manufacturer's instructions; on small accessories super glue applied with the tip of a toothpick is usually used. Degrease the parts before painting. Choose the base shade to suit the machine or the position the boxes and magazines belong to; then bring the metal of the magazines to life with a dark wash and by gently rubbing the edges, so that it looks handled. Magazines scattered in a scene look convincing only when there are not too many of them.
For diorama builders and for modelers who are finishing a model of an anti-aircraft gun or a vehicle and want accessories for it. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
