The Douglas A-1 Skyraider, formerly designated AD, was an American single-seat carrier-based attack aircraft with a large radial engine and a propeller. It appeared at the end of the Second World War and still served in later conflicts thanks to its heavy load and long endurance. The antennas on the fuselage and the wings were part of its communication and navigation equipment.
First wash the mold release residue off the part, carefully cut off the casting block and bond it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Try the fit dry before gluing and adjust the surrounding plastic if needed. Spray the surface to match the rest of the model so that the part blends into the overall finish.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
