The set combines the turned metal barrel of the M230 chain gun of 30 mm caliber, pitot tubes and a tail antenna for a model of the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter in 1:48 scale. The package brings together turned metal, etched and resin parts that replace the simplified plastic items from the box. It is made by the Polish brand MASTER.
The AH-64 Apache is an American attack helicopter intended to destroy armored vehicles and to support ground troops. Under its nose it carries a traversing M230 chain gun of 30 mm caliber; the small pitot tubes and antennas are meanwhile among the details that a plastic kit can only manage in simplified form.
First wash the resin parts free of traces of mold release agent and cut off the casting blocks. Glue the metal, etched and resin parts with cyanoacrylate; bend the etched parts according to the references. After degreasing, apply a primer for metal, and protect your airways when sanding resin.
This is a supplementary detail set, not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
