The interior set 1:48 AH-64A (Hasegawa) (small version) from Quinta Studio brings a colored Apache cockpit over a narrower extent.
Responsibility details are not available.
An interior set from Quinta Studio for the AH-64A in 1:48 scale in the version with a smaller extent. The set is cut for the Hasegawa kit. The narrowed extent means that the main visible areas of the cockpits are covered, while the set leaves out the less exposed areas.
On the night of the seventeenth of January 1991 a group of AH-64A machines opened the air phase of the Gulf War with an attack on two Iraqi radar stations. The breach in the radar cover that this created opened the way for the bomber formations. It was the type's first major test in action, and it confirmed what had been expected of the machine: the ability to operate at night thanks to the targeting and navigation system in the nose, and to destroy armored targets at a range from which an opponent can defend himself only with difficulty.
First make clear from the kit's instructions which parts will be lost from view once the fuselage is closed - with a shortened set that decides how much work it makes sense to put into the rest. Smooth and degrease the surfaces under the colored elements. Take the small parts with a dampened brush; tweezers easily shoot them away.
It will not create a model on its own. It serves solely as an improvement to a kit already bought.
