LooKplus is a pack in which the Czech firm Eduard brings together a LooK set, that is a finished instrument panel usually complemented by the harness, with further accessories for the same aircraft type. This item is put together for a model of the Avro Anson Mk.I in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory to a plastic model from another maker. Check the exact contents of the pack on the packaging.
The Avro Anson was a British twin-engined high-wing monoplane with radial piston engines, created in the mid-1930s. The Mk.I version first served with Coastal Command on patrol flights over the sea and later mainly as a trainer for navigators, wireless operators and gunners. The glazed cabin and the extensively glazed nose mean that the interior is unusually visible on a finished model, so accessories for the crew compartment pay off more than they do on fighters.
Remove the plastic instrument panel and sand the mating face so that the finished part sits level. It is bonded with cyanoacrylate or a micro glue in tiny drops. The panel is not painted over. Bend the harness gently before applying it so that it looks natural, and fit it only after the seats have been painted. With a glazed cabin it pays to finish the whole interior before closing up the fuselage, because afterwards you cannot reach it.
This is an accessory to a kit, not an aircraft model. The kit, glue and paints are not included.
