Eduard 1:48 Avro Lancaster B Mk.III Dambuster is a set of self-adhesive masking templates for painting the glazing and the frames of a model of this bomber precisely.
Responsibility details are not available.
Precisely shaped self-adhesive masks for a model of the four-engined Avro Lancaster B Mk.III bomber in the Dambuster version in 1:48 scale. The set makes it easier to paint the extensive glazing of the pilot's cabin, the nose and the turrets. The masks are cut from flexible kabuki tape, which sits well on curved surfaces and leaves no adhesive residue when it is taken off.
The Lancaster in the Dambuster version points to the machines of No. 617 Squadron RAF, which in 1943 carried out the attack on the German dams with bouncing bombs. It is one of the best known episodes of the bomber force of the Second World War.
For modelers building the Lancaster in 1:48 scale who want clean and sharp paintwork on the extensive glazing. This is an aftermarket accessory; the model itself is obtained separately.
The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
