LööKplus from the Czech manufacturer Eduard is a combination of premium resin add-ons for the plastic model of the Consolidated B-24J Liberator in 1:48 scale. It is a set of details, not a model. It brings together the LööK set, that is a resin instrument panel made by color printing together with steel seat belts, and on top of that it adds resin wheels with a realistic tread pattern.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War with the characteristic high-set Davis wing. The B-24J version was among the most widespread and served in all the main theaters.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks with a saw or a cutter and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. The pre-printed instrument panel is ready to be fitted straight away, with no painting. The resin wheels, flattened where they meet the ground, give the landing gear a realistic loaded look.
This is an add-on set, not a model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package.
