Responsibility details are not available.
Big Ed is a pack of aftermarket accessories from the Czech maker Eduard for detailing a plastic model of the Bristol Beaufort Mk.I bomber in 1:48 scale. This PART II brings several separately sold sets together into a single box. It is not an airplane kit but a set of accessories that has to be used with a base plastic kit.
The Bristol Beaufort was a British twin-engined torpedo and patrol bomber of the Second World War period. It served above all with RAF Coastal Command and with Allied air forces, carrying torpedoes and bombs against shipping. It was a rugged machine with a crew of four.
The pack combines photo-etched metal parts for picking out the interior and the exterior with a masking set for spraying the canopy and the surface details precisely. Photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife and glued with cyanoacrylate. The set lifts the level of detail considerably compared with a build straight from the box.
This is an add-on set, not a model in its own right. The base plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
