Eduard Big Ed 1:48 Bf-109 E-4 / E-7 is a bundle of several photo-etched and mask sets for a complete refinement of a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT an aircraft model but a bundle from the Big Ed range for a model of the Messerschmitt Bf-109 E-4 / E-7 fighter in 1:48 scale. Big Ed brings several separate Eduard sets for a given machine together in one box, usually photo-etched parts for the interior and the exterior plus a mask set, so everything arrives in a single package.
The photo-etched parts (often pre-colored for the cockpit) replace flat plastic details with fine metal elements and add new instrument panels, belts and small parts of the airframe. The mask set makes accurate spraying of the glazing and the markings easier. The exact composition of the bundle differs between releases, so go by the contents of the particular box.
The Bf-109 E (Emil) was the main German fighter of the early Second World War. The E-4 and E-7 versions differed from one another among other things in armament and in the ability to carry external stores.
This is a set of accessories, not the model itself. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
