A sheet of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale from Print Scale, the second part of the series for the late Messerschmitt Bf-109K Kurfürst fighter. It offers a further selection of national insignia and markings. The decals are transferred onto the model with water (wet decals) and serve as an alternative or a supplement to the kit decals. The kit itself has to be bought separately.
The Messerschmitt Bf-109K Kurfürst was the last major production model of the famous German fighter from the end of the Second World War. It grew out of the earlier versions of the 109 family and brought aerodynamic and performance refinements. It was committed in the final months of the war in the defense of the Reich.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat, which prevents silvering under the carrier film. Cut the motif out, dip it briefly in lukewarm water and slide it onto the surface of the model once it has softened. Seal it with a matte or semi-gloss varnish once dry; a decal softener helps it settle into the detail.
This is a set of waterslide decals, not an airplane model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
