A plastic kit of the German fighter aircraft Messerschmitt Bf 109 F-4 in 1:48 scale from Hobby Boss. The model is injection-molded in polystyrene, has an engraved panel structure, a detailed cockpit and clear canopy parts. It captures the aerodynamically refined F series of the 109.
The Bf 109 F, nicknamed Friedrich, was the development peak of aerodynamic cleanliness in the Messerschmitt Bf 109 family. The F-4 version received a more powerful engine and revised armament and was among the machines popular with pilots at the beginning of the second half of the war. The type served as a day fighter on a number of fronts.
Finish the cockpit interior before closing the fuselage. Glue the glazing with a glue for clear parts. Apply a primer before painting, spray the camouflage with its soft transitions with an airbrush and set the decals on a gloss clear coat with a matte overcoat.
