A resin accessory set from the premium Brassin line by the Czech maker Eduard. It is not an aircraft kit but a group of finely cast British 500 lb aircraft bombs meant to be hung under the wings or fuselage of models of British fighters and bombers in 1:48 scale.
The bomb bodies and the fins are cast in quality resin with fine surface detail, and the set usually comes with photo-etched parts and a decal for a faithful finish. It replaces the simplified plastic bombs from the box and noticeably raises the realism of the external stores.
First wash the parts free of mold release agent residue, carefully cut off the casting blocks and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. A coat of primer and airbrushed paint give the best result.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, without the base model, glue and paints.
