A resin (3D-printed) detail set, not an airplane model. It brings a set of external underwing pylons, on which the Skyraider carried a rich load of stores and drop tanks. The crisp 3D-printed parts capture the fine detail better than the plastic parts from the box.
The Douglas A-1 Skyraider was an American single-engine piston attack aircraft, famous for the enormous load of external stores it could carry and for how long it could stay over the battlefield. It served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War, and its numerous underwing pylons were one of its recognition features.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut them away from the print supports and clean them up with respiratory protection. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Spray a primer and the shade of the lower surfaces, then finish with a wash and, if you like, some wear.
The set holds only the resin pylon parts. Glue, paints, stores and the kit are not included in the package.
