This is a resin (3D-printed) set of external stores in 1:48 scale from RESArm. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory with which you dress the bomb racks and raise the fidelity of a finished model. The DT-2 bomb is among the smaller fragmentation bombs of the 50 kg class.
Fragmentation bombs of the lower weight classes were used in the Second World War against personnel and unprotected targets. The model faithfully captures the shape of the body, the stabilizing fins and the fuze, details that tend to be simplified on plastic parts.
First wash the mold release off the parts, cut them carefully from the casting blocks and supports and clean them up with abrasive paper. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). A base coat and subsequent accentuation of the detail with washes and pigments are advisable.
