A detailed resin and 3D printed set from the manufacturer Reskit intended to upgrade the plastic EF-111 kit in 1:48 scale from the Academy company. It is not a standalone airplane model but a replacement cockpit supplemented with a set of 3D decals that faithfully imitate the instruments and the markings of the instrument panel. The set is intended for more experienced modelers used to working with resin.
It replaces the simpler cockpit from the original kit with a more accurate and more finely worked version. The enclosed 3D decals make it possible to create a realistic instrument panel and side panels with faithful instruments. The result is a markedly richer detail of the cockpit space, which stands out on a model especially with the canopy open.
First wash any release agent off the parts, separate them carefully from the casting blocks and dry-fit them. Glue exclusively with cyanoacrylate glue; ordinary plastic cement does not hold on resin. Do any sanding with respiratory protection, and degrease and paint the surface before applying the 3D decals.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin set. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
