Empty 7.5 cm Kw.K. 40 cartridge cases, 1:48 is a resin set of spent cases for dioramas and the interiors of armored vehicles.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin set from Firma49 represents the empty, spent cases of the German 7.5 cm Kw.K. 40 gun. It is not a model but a diorama accessory that can bring a battlefield, the floor of a fighting compartment or a pile of debris at a firing position to life.
Spent cases piled up in combat on the turret floor and outside the vehicle, and they are a rewarding element that gives a scene the impression of heavy firing. The 7.5 cm Kw.K. 40 gun was carried by German armored vehicles from the middle of the Second World War onward.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks and wash them in lukewarm water with detergent. Empty cases come into their own after a coat of a brass shade with a light blackening of the mouth and an oil wash; scattered over a floor or over the ground they look very realistic.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The paints, glue and model are not included in the package.
