The premium 3D-printed set Eduard cockpit F-16C Block 52 (from 1997) (1:48) is for experienced modelers: a detailed cockpit from the Brassin range for a Fighting Falcon kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set is NOT an aircraft model but a detail accessory from the Czech maker Eduard for a plastic kit of the General Dynamics / Lockheed Martin F-16C Block 52 fighter in 1:48 scale. It is a 3D-printed cockpit from the premium Brassin range, which replaces the original cockpit with a faithful tub, instrument panel and seat in the state matching production from 1997 onward. The set is meant for experienced modelers.
The cockpit of the F-16 is perfectly visible under its large bubble canopy, so the detail of the cockpit matters a great deal. Accurate 3D printing catches the layout of the panels, the levers and the seat with its belts; the from 1997 version matches the later cockpit equipment, which differed from the older machines.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut away the print supports and join them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The painting can be done with a brush or an airbrush; fine lettering and panels are brought to life with a dry pastel or a thin wash. Check how the tub fits before you close the fuselage.
This is an accessory to a kit, not a model. The base kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
