The McDonnell Douglas F-4J was the carrier variant of the legendary Phantom II multi-role fighter, used above all by the Navy. The resin wheels faithfully capture the tire tread and the rim details; the tires are usually shown slightly loaded, which adds to the realism of a standing model.
Wash any mold release agent off the wheels and separate them carefully from the casting block. Glue the resin with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). A masking film for separating the tire from the rim is usually part of the set and makes clean painting easier. Lay down a primer first.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
