Eduard 1:48 F4U-1A/2 Corsair wheels are resin replacement wheels for a model of the Vought F4U Corsair carrier fighter.

This is NOT an aircraft model but an accessory for the Vought F4U-1A / F4U-2 Corsair carrier fighter in 1:48 scale. The set contains cast resin tires and hubs with fine tread and hub detail, which replace the plastic wheels of the base kit and give the landing gear a realistic look. A mask for painting the tires and hubs separately usually comes with the set.
Wash the resin parts to remove any mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with your airways protected. The wheels are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the tires first, then the hubs with the help of the mask, and fit them to the landing gear legs.
This is a detailing accessory, not a model in its own right. Paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
