Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic kit from Roden represents the early license-built form of the German Fokker D.VII fighter, produced at the OAW works, in 1:48 scale. The box holds injection-molded plastic with a detailed cockpit and engine, and a decal sheet with period marking options.
The Fokker D.VII was a German fighter biplane of the end of the First World War, valued for its good flying qualities at high altitude and for its easy handling. Because of the high demand it was also built under license by other companies, among them the OAW works, and the individual batches differed in details. The early form corresponds to the earlier production machines.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic; the small parts call for care. Align the struts and the bracing wires patiently so that the model keeps the correct shape. The covering often used the printed lozenge camouflage fabric, which you can apply with decals or with an airbrush, and then even out the surface with an overcoat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
