An injection-molded plastic kit of the French two-seat multirole fighter Dassault Rafale B in 1:48 scale from Hobby Boss. The model has finely engraved panel lines, a detailed tandem cockpit, two-piece cockpit glazing and a rich choice of external stores. The large 1:48 format brings out the modern silhouette with its delta wing and canard foreplanes.
The Rafale is a modern French multirole fighter from Dassault with a delta wing and canard foreplanes. The B version is the two-seat variant for the air force, used for training as well as for combat duties. The machine is marked by high agility and the ability to perform air combat, attacks on ground targets and reconnaissance; it entered service in the 2000s.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. First assemble and paint the tandem cockpit, then close the fuselage; mask the glazing and paint the frames separately. Apply a primer before painting. Paint the external missiles and tanks separately. For the typical gray finish an airbrush and a fine wash into the engraved lines are suitable.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
