Eduard Fw 190A-3 light fighter 1:48 is an injection-molded plastic kit of the German fighter of the Second World War in the ProfiPACK edition.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-3 fighter in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in ProfiPACK form. The designation light fighter refers here to the lighter armament with wing cannon. The ProfiPACK edition traditionally contains, besides good injection-molded plastic, color photo-etched parts and painting masks, and it offers several marking options.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was among the best-performing fighters of the Luftwaffe. The A-3 version of 1942 to 1943 was powered by the BMW 801 radial engine and was notable for its robust structure, good agility and heavy armament. It was deployed on the Western Front as well as on the Eastern Front.
Use the color photo-etched parts for the detail of the cockpit and the belts. Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and sand the fuselage joints carefully. The masks supplied make it easier to get the sharp transitions of the typical German mottling; apply the paints with an airbrush and pick out the panel lines lightly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
