A detailed 3D printed accessory from Eduard – the pilot seat of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190A fighter with the seat belts printed directly on it (integral). It is not an aircraft model but a replacement part that takes the place of the less detailed plastic seat in an Fw-190A kit in 1:48 scale. Thanks to direct 3D printing in resin the belts have a natural drape of the straps right in the casting, so assembling etched belts becomes unnecessary.
First wash the part of any residues of uncured print resin. Cut the thin print supports off carefully with a sharp modeling blade (not with cutters). Glue it with cyanoacrylate. Use airway protection if you sand it. Before gluing it in, check how it seats in the cockpit tub. The belts come out well with shaded painting and a fine wash.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
