A photo-etched set from Eduard aimed at the interior of a model of the British Hawker Hurricane Mk.I fighter in 1:48 scale. It is an aftermarket accessory, thin metal parts with which to refine and complete the cockpit of a suitable plastic kit. It is not an aircraft model.
An interior photo-etched set brings the fine rendering of a cockpit that plastic cannot manage: the instrument panel, side walls, levers, seat elements and seat belts. The metal parts are thinner and sharper, so the interior looks more faithful and deeper.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife or shears for photo-etched parts, and make the bends over a ruler or a bending tool. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Degrease before painting; small elements are practical to paint with an airbrush in place.
This is an accessory photo-etched interior set, not an aircraft model. The kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
