It is not an aircraft kit but a small detail accessory meant to raise the fidelity of the interior.
Seat belts are among the most visible details of an open cockpit. Faithfully rendered belts with the shape and coloring of Italian Second World War equipment lift the look of a model considerably compared with belts made of bare plastic or a decal.
Separate the parts carefully and clean off any remains of the carrier structure if needed. Shape the belts with tweezers into a natural sag and glue them with a small amount of cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Use respiratory protection when sanding or cleaning up.
