1:48 Jaguar GR.1 / GR.1A Remove Before Flight tags SPACE is a color Eduard set of 3D decals and photo-etched parts with Remove Before Flight warning tags for a model of the British Jaguar fighter-bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
An Eduard detail set from the SPACE range in 1:48 scale with color Remove Before Flight tags for the SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1 / GR.1A fighter-bomber. The SPACE range combines 3D decals printed on a decal backing paper, which have real relief, with color photo-etched parts. On a finished model the red warning flags and tags are placed on covers, safety pins and sensitive sensors of the aircraft, as they are during ground preparation.
The SEPECAT Jaguar was a British and French supersonic fighter-bomber used by the Royal Air Force in the GR.1 and GR.1A versions. It served for attacks on ground targets in all weathers and at low level. The conspicuous red Remove Before Flight tags are part of the typical look of the aircraft on the ramp and are a rewarding detail for a diorama as well as for a display model.
Prepare the surface under the elements smooth and degreased. Moisten only the backing paper with a sponge and a drop of detergent, lift the element off with tweezers and fix it with white PVA glue. Do not use a decal softener or setter, as their chemistry attacks the printed resin and will ruin the element. Cyanoacrylate glue belongs with the color photo-etched flags, which should be shaped carefully so that they look like freely hanging fabric tags. The set is designed for a particular plastic Jaguar model in that scale.
This is a detail accessory, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
