The color

The name Aggressor Grey is tied to the colorful finishes of training aircraft that play the opponent in exercises and therefore carry a different scheme from the other aircraft of the same type. Where the color is used

In aggressor training schemes, gray tends to be one of several colors in irregular patches, so the shade is most often used together with other grays or with brown and blue tones. Outside that role it serves as an ordinary medium gray for accessories, transport equipment and landing gear bays, where pure white or black would look unnatural.

How to apply the paint

Wash and degrease the model so that the coat holds and does not lift with the masking tape. Stir the bottle thoroughly, because the pigment settles at the bottom while it stands. Apply it in several thin coats with a short pause between them. Irregular patches of the scheme are sprayed either through masks of putty or freehand at a short distance, so that the edge stays soft. Thin it with the thinner intended for this range of paints; the thinning ratio and the pressure in the airbrush are given by the manufacturer in the instructions.
