This accessory is not an aircraft kit but a set of replacement parts in resin. It contains finely rendered oil coolers of the engine nacelles for a model of the German Junkers Ju 88A-4 bomber in 1:48 scale. The aim is to raise the fidelity of the front part of the engine cowlings, where the coolers are clearly visible on the real machine.
The Ju 88 was a multi-role twin-engined aircraft of the Luftwaffe, used as a bomber, a dive bomber and a night fighter. The A-4 version was one of the most widespread bomber configurations, with more powerful engines and a strengthened structure.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. A coat of primer before painting works best for adhesion.
