A combined set of detail accessories for the American carrier fighter F-35C Lightning II in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. This bundle from the range that Eduard groups into combined sets brings together photo-etched parts and masking templates for one kit from Tamiya. The customer therefore gets accessories normally sold separately in a single package. It is not a model of an aircraft but a set of upgrades for a plastic kit.
Photo-etch adds fine metal details that plastic cannot express with such thinness and sharpness, for example cockpit features, instrument panels and belts. The masking templates make a clean spray of the canopy and the wheels easier, without laborious cutting of tape.
Bend the photo-etched parts with tweezers or a bender and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); do not overspray colored photo-etch unnecessarily. Apply the masks to a degreased finish, spray thin coats and peel them off soon after they dry.
A set of accessories, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
