A resin 3D-printed detail set for experienced modelers. It is NOT a standalone model but an accessory that replaces the cockpit of a plastic kit of the Vought A-7E Corsair II carrier attack aircraft (the Navy version) in 1:48 scale. The set captures the early form of the cockpit and brings a finely printed tub, an instrument panel, side consoles and an ejection seat with detail that plastic cannot reach.
The A-7E Corsair II was the main carrier attack aircraft of the US Navy. This set covers the EARLY version of the cockpit, so it is worth distinguishing it from the late version and from the cockpit for the land-based A-7D version used by the US Air Force. Always choose according to the particular version of your aircraft.
Separate the parts from the print supports, wash the print resin residue off them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. The set is tuned for the matching A-7 plastic kit in 1:48 scale; check the fit with your own box.
It is a resin detail set, not a model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
