A photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for refining the 1:48 plastic kit of the Soviet MiG-21F-13 fighter. The set is prepared for the MiG-21F-13 kit from Eduard. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory with fine metal parts that add to or replace components of the base kit.
The MiG-21F-13 was the first series-produced version of the legendary Soviet supersonic MiG-21 fighter, introduced at the end of the 1950s. It was marked by simple avionics and by an armament of short-range guided missiles and a cannon.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface and bend them along the etched grooves. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and degrease them before spraying paint.
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a standalone model. The base kit is not included in the package.
