A set of vacuum-formed clear canopies for models of all single-seat versions of the MiG-29 fighter in 1:48 scale. This is not an airplane model but replacement glazing that takes the place of the thicker plastic part from the kit and shows off the exposed cockpit interior.
The MiG-29 (NATO reporting name Fulcrum) is a Soviet and Russian twin-engine fourth-generation frontline fighter. It stands out for its agility and for the characteristic split canopy with a good view, which the vacuum-formed canopy renders faithfully and cleanly.
Cut the part out carefully with sharp scissors close along the edge, fit it to the fuselage and glue it with an adhesive suitable for clear parts or with a small amount of thin super glue. Vacuum-formed glazing is thinner and more transparent than the plastic original, so handle it with care and paint it thinly.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
