Dark Aluminium

Vallejo Dark Aluminium

A metallic paint from the Vallejo Metal Color range in a darker aluminum shade. It is a special self-leveling metallic for the airbrush, which gives a realistic metallic sheen with a fine pigment. The darker tone suits used and dulled metal surfaces and contrasting natural metal panels. The paint is ready to spray even through nozzles from 0.2 mm; if you do need to thin it, use only the special Vallejo thinner, not water.

Use

• You get the best sheen over a smooth glossy black base.
• Sprayed straight from the bottle, or thinned with the special Vallejo thinner, not water.
• The pigment settles to the bottom, so stir the paint thoroughly before use and during work.
• Combine it with other shades in the range to vary individual natural metal panels.

Who it is for

For modelers who create realistic metal surfaces with color variation across panels, exhausts and engines.

Stir well before use and during work, and work in a ventilated space.
