Eduard 1:48 MiG-29A Fulcrum exterior is a photo-etched set of exterior details for models of the MiG-29 fighter. It is not a model but an aftermarket accessory.

A photo-etched set aimed at the external details of a plastic model of the Soviet and Russian MiG-29A Fulcrum fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that replaces and refines the exterior elements that injection-molded plastic cannot capture faithfully enough. It is intended for MiG-29A models in this scale.
Sets marked exterior concentrate on the outer surface of the airframe: typically reinforcements, grilles for the intakes and air outlets, small covers, antennas, panels and similar fine elements. The model gains a surface with more depth and greater fidelity.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface and use a photo-etch bending tool for the bends. Glue the grilles and fine reinforcements with a minimum of cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) so that it does not run into visible places. Degrease before painting; the etched grilles come into their own after spraying and light accenting.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
