A decal set in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is not a helicopter model but an add-on decal set with the markings of the Mil Mi-24V and Mi-35 attack helicopters operated by the Czech Air Force. It serves to finish and remark the plastic kit of the matching helicopter in this scale.
The Mil Mi-24, in export guise the Mi-35, is a heavily armed attack helicopter of Soviet design that combines firepower with the ability to carry a squad. The Czech Air Force operates these machines in colorful camouflage and with striking schemes that are popular among modelers. The set offers national and unit markings for a faithful rendering of the Czech machines.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss coat, which prevents dulling and silvering under the decal film. Degrease the surface beforehand, soak the decal in water, transfer it to the model and settle it with a decal softener so that it beds down over the rivets and panel lines. Once dry, go over it with a matte or semi-gloss coat according to the finish you want. Always follow the illustration of the particular scheme.
