Resin landing gear doors intended as a replacement for the plastic wheel bay doors on a model of the de Havilland Mosquito. The castings have thinner walls and finer relief than the usual injection-molded parts. This is a detail accessory, not a complete kit.
The de Havilland Mosquito was a British twin-engine multirole aircraft of the Second World War built largely of wood. It served in the fighter, bomber and reconnaissance roles and became famous for its high speed. The wheel bays and their doors are among the details that catch the eye on a model.
Wash the parts to remove mold release, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). It is best to fit the doors at the end of the build so that they are not in the way while you handle the model.
