Eduard 1:48 P-38J cockpit PRINT is a 3D-printed set for a complete refinement of the cockpit of a model of this American fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a 3D-printed detail set from Eduard in 1:48 scale that replaces the cockpit of a model of the American P-38J Lightning fighter with a more accurate and more richly worked version. The PRINT designation means that the great majority of the parts are produced by direct 3D printing, thanks to which the set has fine instrument panels, a seat and side consoles with convincing relief. It is not a model but an accessory for a plastic model sold separately.
The P-38 Lightning was an American twin-engine fighter of the Second World War with a characteristic twin-boom layout. The J version was among the highest-performing and most widespread variants, deployed in Europe and in the Pacific.
Separate the fine 3D-printed parts carefully from their supports with a sharp knife and clean them up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). We recommend painting the cockpit before you close up the fuselage; use a base color, an interior color and light highlighting with a wash and drybrushing.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
