Tamiya AS-30 Dark Green 2 (RAF) is a synthetic lacquer spray from the Aircraft Spray (AS) range, intended for painting plastic aircraft models. The dark green shade (RAF) matches the upper camouflage of British aircraft of the Second World War, the Supermarine Spitfire fighters for example. The lacquer dries quickly, forms an even surface and is compatible with acrylic and enamel paints, so washes and weathering can safely be applied over a cured coat. The package holds 100 ml.

Use

• Shake the spray thoroughly before use so that the paint is mixed.
• Spray from a distance of approximately 25 to 30 cm in several thin coats; thin coats prevent runs and preserve the detail.
• Apply it onto clean, degreased plastic or onto a primer for better adhesion and a more saturated shade.
• Ideal as the dark green component of the two-color upper RAF camouflage; combine it with the other period shades.
• Let the lacquer dry between coats; full curing takes only a short time.
