A set of cast resin exhausts from the Quickboost brand meant for a plastic model of the American Curtiss P-40B Warhawk fighter in 1:48 scale. The aftermarket accessory replaces the factory plastic exhausts with castings of sharper detail, more faithfully worked mouths included.
The Curtiss P-40 was an American fighter aircraft of the Second World War powered by an Allison V12 engine. The P-40B version belonged to the early forms and it served with a number of Allied air units at the beginning of the war.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, separate the casting blocks and glue with super glue. The mouths of the exhausts can be brought out with a dark shade and a light weathered touch.
This is an accessory, not an aircraft model. The kit itself and the glue are not included in the package.
