1:48 P-51D Mustang is a set of three-dimensional decals for the interior of the cockpit in 1:48 scale from Red Fox Studio. It is not a kit of the aircraft but an accessory for a plastic model from Tamiya.

This set from Red Fox Studio brings three-dimensional (3D) decals for the cockpit of a plastic model. A color relief print gives the instrument panel and the side surfaces a depth and a legibility that the hand painting of small dials in 1:48 scale reaches only with great difficulty. The set is cut for the Tamiya kit and is an accessory to it, not a model of the aircraft on its own.
The North American P-51D Mustang was an American single-seat fighter with a liquid-cooled Packard engine, a licensed production version of the British Rolls-Royce Merlin. The D version is the best known form of the type, recognized by the bubble canopy and the cut-down fuselage spine, which gave the pilot a view to the rear. Thanks to its great range it escorted bomber formations deep over European territory, and after the war it served in many countries for long years. The bubble canopy leaves the cockpit in view from most sides, so a detailed interior really does show on a finished model.
Three-dimensional decals are not released from their backing in water like classic wet decals. They are fitted to the interior parts before the fuselage is closed up. The surface should be smooth, degreased and dry. Try the parts dry and for the application itself proceed according to the instructions of the maker of the set.
The set is an accessory for a kit. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
