It is not an airplane model, but a detail accessory for more experienced modelers that replaces the thicker, less accurate plastic barrels. The Lockheed PV-1 Ventura was an American twin-engine patrol and bomber aircraft of the Second World War, powered by a pair of Pratt & Whitney R-2800 radial engines. It served with the US Navy from 1943 on maritime patrol and anti-submarine work, carried heavy machine gun armament and a bomb load, and was deployed in the Pacific as well.

Tips for working with resin

First wash the castings in lukewarm soapy water so that the mold release residue from the mold is removed. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw and sand the cut surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue the barrels with cyanoacrylate glue, not with cement for plastic.
