A photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Hauler in 1:48 scale. It is not a model but an accessory of thin metal sheet intended for models of the German heavy tank Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger I. It replaces the robust plastic grilles over the engine with a realistic perforated substitute. The target kit is Tamiya.
The cooling grilles on the rear of the hull are among the conspicuous identifying features on the Tiger. The plastic is thick and opaque as manufactured, whereas the photo-etched substitute has the right thickness and structure and you can see inside through it. The model thereby gains a more faithful and finer appearance.
Cut the parts out with a sharp knife and make any bends in a bending tool or between two metal rules. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the metal surface before spraying and go over it with a base coat (primer), so that the paint holds.
This is a detail accessory, not a standalone model. The base Tamiya kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
