A color three-dimensional cockpit interior from Quinta in 1:48 scale for a model of the Tornado GR.1. The elements are printed and carried on decal paper.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Tornado GR.1 is the British combat version of the European Panavia Tornado. It is two-seat, with a variable-geometry wing which sweeps back in flight, and it was built above all for attack at low altitude and high speed. The cockpit of both crew members is therefore full of instruments and control panels, and on a model in 1:48 scale it can be seen into well.
Color three-dimensional elements of the cockpit interior in 1:48 scale. They are printed, have real depth and finished coloring, so the instrument panels, the side panels and the seats look three-dimensional without any painting of small details. The elements are carried on decal paper, from which they are taken off. Besides the flat elements the set also includes separate printed parts. The extent of the set and the kit it is tuned to are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
The sheet is soaked briefly in lukewarm water and the element is slid off the backing paper. It has no adhesive layer of its own and is held by gloss clear coat; a matte surface is a mistake, and do not use a decal softener, as it attacks the printed resin. Paint the area under the element and let it cure properly, then degrease it. Take the element off with tweezers or the point of a blade, lay it on and press it down with a soft wooden stick from the center toward the edges. Work one element at a time and keep checking whether the part falls into place.
The model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
