Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched accessory set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for 1:48 scale, aimed at the inner space of the cabin of the Westland Sea King helicopter in the HAS.1 version. The parts of thin sheet metal replace the simplified plastic rendering and add elements that would have to be disproportionately thick in injection-molded plastic because of the mold. The set is fitted into a model you already have.
The Westland Sea King is the British licensed version of the American Sikorsky Sea King, which Westland modified markedly for the needs of the Royal Navy. The HAS.1 version was intended for anti-submarine warfare and carried the equipment to match inside the cabin. The machine has a boat-shaped underside of the fuselage, side sponsons with the landing gear and, because of the hangars on the decks of ships, the rotor blades and the tail boom fold. The cabin is roomy and with the doors open a large part of it is to be seen on the model.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a scalpel against a hard surface and level the burrs with a fine file. Make the bends in a bender, as repeated bending weakens the sheet metal. Finish and paint the interior before the fuselage halves are joined, because after that there is no getting inside. Degrease the metal parts and spray a primer on. British naval helicopters were operated in a harsh environment, so shading of the edges, a dark wash into the corners and a fine trace of wear on the floor have a believable effect.
