This product is NOT a kit but an aftermarket accessory. The set contains resin castings of the landing lights with a faithful shape, in 1:48 scale. It replaces the simplified plastic parts from the base kit with cleaner and more detailed castings. The maker is the Czech company Quickboost (part of the Aires family).
The landing lights are a small but visible feature of the leading edges and the landing gear bays. The resin parts from this set have a finer shape and a smoother surface that takes a clear glass reflection well. Intended for Yakovlev Yak-28P/PP Firebar models in 1:48 scale.
Wash the parts to remove the mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). You can create the glass effect with a drop of gloss clear varnish or UV resin; a metallic base underneath increases the reflection.
This is an accessory, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
