This is a resin detail accessory, not a standalone airplane model. The set replaces the wheels of a model with finely cast resin parts with faithful tire rendering and hub detail. It is intended for the corresponding model of the Zlin Z-326/Z-526 in 1:48 scale; the base kit is not included in the package.

The real subject

The Zlin Z-326 and Z-526 belong to the family of Czechoslovak all-metal low-wing Trener aircraft, used for basic and advanced training and for aerobatics. These machines made their name as reliable and agile trainers of domestic design.

Building and painting tips

Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand resin with respiratory protection. Paint the tires matte and dust them lightly with pigments, and separate the hubs with a metal shade; apply a primer before painting.
