Detailed 3D-printed resin hubs of aircraft propellers in 1:48 scale. It is not an airplane kit but an accessory for superdetailing. The center part of a propeller, the hub, is usually simplified on injection-molded parts; an accurate resin replacement raises the credibility of the prominent front end of a model. The set suits the building of propeller-driven aircraft where you want to lift the level of detail.
Dip the resin briefly in warm water before working on it, so that it softens and the supports can be cut off without chipping. Wash the residue off the parts, clean them up with respiratory protection and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The detail comes into its own after a primer and a light wash; set the metal and the painted surfaces apart according to the real thing.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
